Personal Mastery is one of the most essential leadership skills that one can possess. Students must develop skills for personal growth and self-discovery, we encourage our students to actively develop skills and awareness to thrive beyond academics and become the best version of themselves both inside and outside the classroom. We do this by having channels for open communication, integrating social- emotional learning (SEL) programs into the curriculum, providing opportunities for students to explore their interests and talents, empowering students to make choices and take ownership of their learning and recognizing and celebrating student growth and achievements, both academic and personal.
